We are very thorough and will not compromise on your inspection or recommendations. We have extensive experience and are able to complete inspections, any required treatments and send out reports and NoWC/NC in an expeditious manner without compromising the delicate timelines lenders and escrow set.
Inspections range from $75-$150 for Home Purchase, Sale, and Refinance (Separated WDO Reports). We also include homes that have been owned less than two years, regardless if they have not had any inspections, treatments, or are under another company's warranty.

We are a small family owned company, started here, in Upland, in 2009. The concept is simple: to provide dynamic service to our local community that cannot be matched. I am about 40ish years old and happily married with 5 kids. I started in this industry when I was 20 and created ProCraft in 2009. I grew up on the East coast, namely Pennsylvania. I like 80's movies and coffee (black..). I spend most of my free time hiding from my family (bathroom, garage).

Luke is a consummate professional and holds himself to impossible standards. He manages the office, AR, sales, etc. If we are busy, you will definitely find him out in the filed running service calls. He is an avid and expert climber and enjoys bouldering.

Patrick started with us in 2012 as our termite technician and eventually started and maintains a route, primarily east of Upland. He helps to train and acclimate new employees. In his free time, Patrick works out and enjoys getting speeding tickets on his motorcycle.
