We have extensive experience and are able to complete inspections, any required treatments and send out reports and NoWC/NC in an expeditious manner without compromising the delicate timelines that lenders and escrow set.
What the Inspection & Service Costs?
Inspections range from $75-$150 for Home Purchase, Sale, and Refinance (Separated WDO Reports). We also provide this service for homes that have been owned less than two years, regardless if they have not had any inspections, treatments, or are under another company's warranty.
