Only the finest materials, methods and equipment are used in the care and treatment of your home, with the utmost importance placed on the safety of your family and pets. Most businesses our size do not have both Branch 2 and 3 licenses. This allows us to handle General Pest Services and Termite Control (and other WDO related treatments and certain repairs).
We specialize in General Pest applications for Ants (Argentine, Odorous House, and the ever worsening Fire Ants) and Widow Spiders.
For Termites, no one can hold a candle to our inspection and treatment process, no matter how much radio time they buy or how many 'online reviews' they solicit (not earn). Granted, there are no frills with us- we are not a fan of unnecessary treatments or procedures that net zero to little results and more net costs. However, we do always recommend the proper and most effective treatment considering the needs and conditions of the property and home owner.
Our Branch Identification number is PR7043Our Qualifying Manager license number is OPR11930 (Michael Furlong)
We are a small family owned company, started here, in Upland, in 2009. The concept is simple: to provide dynamic service to our local community that cannot be matched. We often say here that we have no competition and that attitude is reflected in our straightforward, low pressure approach to our customers. We value integrity, responsiveness/accessibility, and creativity in providing pest solutions. And good pizza.
I am about 40ish years old and happily married with 5 kids. I started in this industry when I was 20 and created ProCraft in 2009. I grew up on the East coast, namely Pennsylvania. I like 80's movies and coffee (black..). I spend most of my free time hiding from my family (bathroom, garage).
Luke is a consummate professional and holds himself to impossible standards. He manages the office, AR, sales, etc. If we are busy, you will definitely find him out in the filed running service calls. He is an avid and expert climber and enjoys bouldering.
Patrick started with us in 2012 as our termite technician and eventually started and maintains a route, primarily east of Upland. He helps to train and acclimate new employees. In his free time, Patrick works out and enjoys getting speeding tickets on his motorcycle.
Robert is an awesome dude. Currently, he runs the pest route west of Claremont into Pasadena. He has a great sense of humor- don't let his dead pan demeanor fool you! He is courteous and thorough (He owned and operated a mobile detailing service for years prior to blessing us with his presence).Robert is married and bbqs in his spare time.
Fritz is our dog. We wanted to give him a tough name like 'Panzer' or 'Mauser' but he is a 'Fritz'. He likes to bite my wife and eat cat poop- he is a good dog.
